Should be fine, assuming the bulbs get replaced, are the correct kelvin, and are at least 54 watt bulbs.

whats a good kelvin. I think I am going to buy this and replace the bulbs right away. The bulbs im looking at online all seem to be 54 Watt. Looks like I can get the set up and all new bulbs for a little over 300 bucks.. Thats a pretty good deal I think

Yep, that is a great deal.
You will want 3 10k bulbs and 3 actinic bulbs. That will offer a nice spectrum of light for the tank.

I bought this light. I replaced all the bulbs with 3 54W actinic and 3 6700k life glo bulbs. My LFS didnt have any 10k bulbs only 3 of the 67k and 1 18000k power glo. I put the new bulbs in and put in on my tank and OMG it is bright. Im gonna look at getting a bubble tip tomorrow or next day.
