here's what i got for just a bit more then $100.
this is my hammer that i got for 29.99 b/c i the store they had no idea why a part of it died of [not that i know, but the rest looks healthy]

this is my favorite rite now... blastomussa. i got all this for $50. major deal. online stores have 1-1 1/2" for 69.99. i paid flat 50 and the thing's got like 20 or more polyps.

btw if anyone has any clues as to why the hammer lost a part of itself and due to what, ill be happy to read any comments :thinking:

could be a sting .. from another coral

part of it could have died off... the one at my lfs is like that but a smaller hammer, and way more of it is dead. i bought the branching one because it was much more healthy looking

here is an update on the spaghetti leather [sinularia]..
oh, and the brain is dead
[ it took only a week for it to die, i still have no clue why]

annanymous: The same exact thing happened to my white hammer!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: I wonder what happened to it? It lasted about 4 months... very frustrating?!?!!?

mine was most probably either tissue damage of brown jelly. i divided my beautiful hammer into 2 pieces, and dipped each one in iodine dip once, and the problem was solved. he looks much happier now, [TG]. i just separatd the part that looked sick from the healthy part. so far it workec. i have my fingers crossed he will live to see a bigger tank.
