Check Out This Clam!!!

I found this clam at my lfs. The owner said it weighs 45-50 pounds!!!!!!

That is one heck of a clam. What was the price tag on this prize? I am thinking clam chowder....
Just kidding.
I would love to have that in my tank. It certainly be center of attention.

How much did that joker cost? My LFS had a big one that I would say weighed 10 lbs and it sold for $140.

Wow. My LFS had one that was at least 16" and they were selling it for $200. After a few months, nobody bought it so they put it in their display out front. 15 minutes later, sold.

The price tag was around $500 to $600 I think. The clam is located in Fresno Ca at "CAPTIVE CRITTERS".

i used to live in fresno what lfs is it is it pet extreme,whiteys pet store,aquatic aggression, aquatic pets if it is any of those tell me because one of them always had huge clams

Captive Critters in Fresno has the clam I was just there on friday and he still had it. He had the clam in a 125 Gallon tank, but let me tell you it looked way to big for that tank.

promis, thats no fiar, blue squammies are super expensive! although, that is the nicest one ive ever seen.....

wow i would be willing to house one of those big guys in a tank of his own!!! Maybe add some damsels but the clam would be the star!
