Check the production of my tank

I waited a month after the cycle was through and got 2 clowns. The male died, widowing the female. Luckily, the manager of the LFS gave me my money back and i got another cloen. It soon died and so did the female following it. It did some research and found out the first pair of clowns had ick. I didn't research though til after this next fish. By this time i had a green brittle star, 5 hermits, and 2 snails. Then I got a 6 line and it died. Then I found out i had ick in my tank. So I let my tank sit for 13 weeks. I wanted to make sure the parasite was dead and all my parameters were at 0. Finally I got more LR and 2 clowms, whom i have now , Bonnie and Clyde.

That was a hard jorney and alot of money$$$. I am planning to get a ladmower bleanie( i have hair algae which i have 2 clean every other day, so he will have enough food), a six line, and a mandrain goby. After I'm gonna upgrade my lights and get a few corals and a small anemone RBT maybe. Any suggestions? I have a botton polyp who is doing great, i feed him frozen planton 3 times a week, how do i get him to reproduce, use the powerhead on it? Thanks guys, if it wasn't for u, i would have never gotten this far. Thank u.

actually, zoanthids feed by absorbing DOC's(dissolved organic compounds), so in other words, they dont eat solid foods.
you should probly at least have vho or mh with the anemone

I'm tryin 2 find a daredevil pic.
I said i would get that stuff down the road. I already have a lighting picked out. It comes out to about 3.2 watts per gallon. It has actinics 2. But i will get that later. I am only 13 and spending $215 all of the sudden would make me poor. Thanks for the advice on the Law bleeny. I plain 2 get about 10 more lbs of LR. Now i have 21 lbs of Figi. Another ?, do green brittle stars eat hermits? what about conchs? I had 5 hermits in my tank and they are all gone, so i bought 2 bigger ones. I found the empty shells of the hermits and conch in my green Brittle stars cave. I also saw him try to eat 2 hermits when i put them in the tank. they were kinda big 4 their shell and when they went inside their shell their head still kinda stuck out. The brittle tried to eat em, but the hermits fought back and i had to stop the brittle from eating them. Thanks

six line wrasses and mandarin gobies are mostly microcrustacean(amphipods,copepods,etc) feeders..you need a good 'bug supply'. i would say that your 29 gallon is too small to get the mandarin, unless you get a whole lot of live rock, and setup a refugium(for extra pod breeding).
i doubt your green brittle star went for your hermits..if anything, the hermits went after the hermits(for their shells)..
your conch also didnt go for the hermits, they dont go for live prey, and lack the ability to eat something like that..

I'll get a 6 line and 4 line. I wont get the mandrain, even though it is beautiful, because it needs pods and that would be 2 hard. Thanks guys. What about inverts? I have 4 Narises(SP?) snails, 3 hermits, green brittle star, sally lightfoot crab, cleaner shrimp, CBS, and a Astrea snail. Forgot Pencil Urchin
