awesome setup... looks like its going to be awesome. You going to run a skimmer or fuge?

Well here are my options:
1) In tank Skimmer (I'm afraid of raising the heat temp or if it short circuits in tank)
2) Hang on Skimmer for Sump (Is it as effective?)
3)Refugium (Not sure How I will plumb it)
4)Both Skimmer and Refuge (Is this legal?)
