Caryophylliidae is the family, Cataphyllia is the genus. :)
Good luck with it! They're known to not do well.

i tought i put that it was the genus on there but i guess i was just thinking about it

I've always seen them placed in the sand, and gharner I wouldn't try it, almost all elegance die in captivity, some people believe it's a infection they catch.
