cheesing...?

So I have just gotten into zoanthids a lot. I have like 6 frags right now and all open but one. At the tips they seem to be expelling their insides. I started to research did a post on here as well and concluded that i hadent noticed any of the problems posted but in my research read something called "cheesing". Does anyone know what that means? All it said was something along the lines of "sometimes zoanthids just melt away due to fungus or sometimes they begin cheesing" Any help?
