Chili coral placement

What's the best way to place a Chili coral? I want to place it upright, so it looks like a cactus, but some of the pics I have seen have them laying flat on the substrate. What should I do?

Don't just lay it on the sand, place it upright. You can also try hanging it upside down.

I would hang it upside down, it looks nicer, and it will be healthier because this is their natural position.

Yep. They usually grow under overhangs.

I'll try it upside down, I have the perfect cave that isn't being occupied right now. Do these corals grow very fast?
