Chiller for a 45 gal..

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good chiller/heater for a 45 gal tank. I just purchased the AZoo 120w and now that it's getting mildly warm, it's always running and not able to keep the temp down, once my lights come on.
I live in Texas and it will be really hot this summer. I need something that works and keeps the temp stable.
Any thoughts?? I tried the fans and it put some puch water in the air, mold was growing. I can not go that way.

I realize I may be out $300.00 already, but I need a good one and I may have to spend $500, $600, or $700.
I know this is crazy, but I love my reef so much! Thank god I have a good job.

Thank you for responding, what other equipment do you need to run this chiller?
I have an over the back hang on wet/dry filter. Could I place the coil in the output of the wet/dry? It's about 12 inches deep, and 3 x 2?
Any information you could provide would be very helpful.
They do run around $600?
