Chiller problem

I purchased a Modular in-line Chiller over a year ago, and never connect it to my aquarium. Since I have added Metal Halide Lighting, which raised the water temperature above 80 degrees, I’m going to need to connect the chiller. I tried to connect the chiller last weekend and the water will not flow thru the chiller. My pump is strong enough to return the water back into the aquarium, but the water will not flow thru the chiller. Have anyone that has a Modular Chiller had this problem before?

We're going to need more information to help you on this. I've never heard of a "modular chiller" before. At the very least, we'll need to a description of the plumbing setup you are using, and the make/model of the pump.
If at all possible, some pictures of the setup would speak volumes for helping us understand what you are dealing with.
In the meantime, if you are having a temperature problem, you may consider shortening your lighting cycle by an hour or two, and directing some fans at the surface of the water either over the tank or in the sump.
