I upgraded my lighting to dual 400w MH and I need to put my chiller back on the tank. I normally just use it in the summer time. My question is I want to put the chiller in the room next to my tank to cut down on the heat output. Now if the line runs from the tank to the pump them thru chiller and back thru 30 plus ft "total length"of flex tubing will I have any problems? And how do I measure what pump I will need? From the floor to the top of the tank is 4ft now would this be considered a closed loop? The chiller calls for 300gph flow. So would I get a pump the flows 300gph at 4ft of head or do I need to figure in the length also? Any ideas suggestions? I am just not good at figuring this out. Thanks !!
