chiller repair

I got a very inexpensive chiller made by aquanetics. It has the controller with it. The coils get cold, but the controller apparently shorts out? I took it anyway, assuming I could find someone that would know how to fix it.
I am not good with electrical/mechanical stuff, so any input on who to take it to for a diagnosis would be great input.. A/C person? electrician? both?
Or, if anyone in S. FL knows of a service type place for this type of equipment, that would be helpful.

I googled them and only got a parts site. I'll have to try calling and see if they can direct me the right way. Really need to get this chiller up and running to keep the tank's temp steady

Don't aquanetics chillers use external rancos? If so, replace the controller, simple as that.
Do you have pics?
