most are ok from what I here. I just bought a current USA. check C-List youll probably find some disgruntal reefer tearing down his tank and will to take whatever for his equipment.
IMO the best brands out there are JBJ and AquaLogic.
That famous site where you bid on stuff has a few sellers selling no-name chillers of dubious quality, make sure you stay towards recognized name brands.
