chocolate chip starfish

i have a 55 gal cycling right now and i am just researchin the fish that i want right now. I am going to have a fish only tank and i was wondering wat ur opinions were chocolate chip starfish

I have one in my tank and the one problem with him is he will eat anything he get on.I spot feed him a couple of times a week fish, scallops,krill but he still ate my tuxedo urchin and my purple urchin.I allways keep my eye on him to see what he's eating and I allways make sure he is well feed.

Yah-he sure did.I came home one day and he was on top of it eating it and by the time I got him off of it it was dead.

My Chocolate Chip Starfish has eaten a hermit crab and a snail, but thats it, he hasn't bothered my pencil urchin at all. Sometimes he tries to eat my conch but the conch gets away just in time. I feed about once every 2 weeks, I give him 1 cube of formula 1.

Yeah, probably if you feed it a lot it wont go after the others.

My CC has never bothered my pencil urchins.I dont know why it decided to eat my tuxedo urchin but he did.I feed mine about twice a week.
