Cholerpa Dead?

I have some grape cholerpa in my tank and i think it might be dead because the grapes are really pale barely even grees and the stems look like honeycomb with the green.
Is it dead?
BTW i have another one and it does not have this.

It might be going asexual and might reproduce. They say when caulerpa turns clear it is reproducing.

Well, having had a whole bunch die in my fuge, I can tell you that mine turned brown and started to visibly decay.
