Choosing anenomes

Hey everyone,
I have a 55g FOWLR tank with 4 percs and a yellow tang...i want to get some anenomes for my next move. I saw a sea pen and thats my favorite. On SWF.com, it says that a sea pen needs a sand bed.....Will a sea pen bury its foot in my dolomite tiny pebbles? What kind of anenomes would a clownfish most likely accept as a host?

Clownfish will only use Sebae Anemones. Other anemones could sting your clowns and release toxins.
Make sure you do your research before buying two different anemones as well. Toxins from one could kill the other...

If you actually read my post you will find that nowhere did I say the thread starter had a sebae.
Do some research on reading/writing.
I can tell you're from upstate new york. Your tank is probably making your trailer park home do a wheelie. - Dont take it out on me.

this isnt true however dending on whay species of clown it is it may adapt to one more redily available from the original location it was collected.
That being said I would never have a clown in the same tank as a carpet its not the natural hosting of most clowns and it will eat them when it gets hungry!!!
most clowns will readily go to the BTA and LTA anemones though If you are looking for an anemone please do complete reasearch on them they need high water quality great lighting and flow and can move killing stuff in its path. I dont suggest an anemone to anyone just starting out becuase they are so demanding.
If you insist on having an anemone please look for tank raised clones They are better suited for aquarium life.
