Choosing powerhead. Circulation requirements for 55 gallon

Hi, mapping out the set up to my 55 gallon tank. I currently have 2 aqua rio 600 submersible pumps. I am looking at the koralia pumps. Question is, will the 2 aqua rio pumps be enough to circulate a 55 gallon aquarium? I am sure that the koralia will be better, but I would like to know if I can get away with using what I already own, so I can spend more money on other things for the setup.

2 rio 600 are too weak for a 55 gallon tank... I've been told that u want your tank to turn over 10x-25x your tank volume per hour (depending on what you plan to have (ex reef, fowlr, etc.))

I would think something like 2 koralia #3's would be a good fit for a 55g
