Cinnamon Clown Excavator

I have a small cinnamon clown (about 1") That has taken to excavating a cave under some of my rock. He actually takes chunks of CC in his mouth a puts them in a pile in the corner of the tank. He has his cave big enough for him to fit in now. He's not a good swimmer to begin with, and to watch him swim with a chunk of CC in his mouth is a riot. Is this a normal behavior?

That is normal behavior and really cool to watch I have a goby that does the same exact thing....he actually have dug multiple homes in my substrate!
