Cinnamon Clownfish question

After many books and pistures I have figured out that My tomato clown is actually a Cinnamon Clown, but whet I don't understand is everything I have read told me their max. size is 3".....mine is 5"long and 3"tall, is this normal and will he continue to grow at this rate?
(I got nosy and being he lets me pet him i took a small ruler to him)

cinnamon clowns actually grow to about 5". I wouldnt expect him to get much larger than that though. how long have you had him?
