Clam close-ups!

Here are some more experiments with my camera. I cropped these to get the maximum amount of mantle in the photos. It worked better with the croceas, but either way, I think they are cool photos. I've never taken the time before to appreciate the nuances of clam mantles before....

Nice pictures... I am assuming those were taken from above the tank.

Actually, they were all taken from the front, I tilted the croceas to get a better angle. The croceas are amazing from the top, the two blue ones have a lot of orange in them when seen from above.

Yeah, they must look awesome in person to get pictures like that through the glass and at an angle. Maybe you could get some pics from above.....
