clams not opening

I have a 150w Metal Halide and two crocea clams at the top, they aren't opening for some reason. Could they be diseased? They were open in the fish store. All water paramaters are good except nitrates at 20. Calcium 500. Alk, ph, everything else is fine. Nothing seems to be picking on them either. It can't be not enough lighting cause i've seen clams open under pc's before. I feed with phyto about everyother day. Oyster eggs and cyclopeese about 4-5 times a week. Fish are Purp tang, chevron tang, blue tang, flame angel, mandarin, six line wrasse. No corals are withiin range of the clams so stinging isn't a possibilty either. Anyone have any ideas?
