hi, new to nanos, but had a 55gal. salt tank 15 years ago, my how things have changed.started a jbj 12 gal nano dx. does this have enough lighting power for any type of clams? thanks for any help. Rob
Nope, not enough for any of the tridacna clams.
You could consider get metal halides. JBJ has the viper K-2 lights that are cheap and would be fine. If you've got some extra $ you could get one of the better fixtures like the Sunpod or from Coralife.
