Clarki kill BTA?

Could have my female clarki killed my BTA? The female usually beat her tail will hosting it and the BTA didn't seem to like it. Then it never really bloomed once the clowns hosted it. Did the clown stress it out too much?

How big was the anemone ?.....many ppl make the mistake of getting too small anemones and they cant take the abuse from the fish...

I don't know exact size, when it was fully opened I guess around 5"? Then once the clarkii started hosting and shaking it's tail in there it started getting smaller and closed up more.

Yes, Clowns can "love" an anemone to death.

Dang it! At least now I got the satisfaction that I'm right and didn't feed it enough. I knew that the clown killed it!

I rarely, rarely direct feed my 10 inch BTA.

He said I wasn't feeding my phytoplankton enough? He never mentioned spot feeding.

I don't believe anemones eat phyto plankton at all. Feed them small bits of meaty foods.

Really? Ok, but I don't think I want another anemone after that. Clowns don't need them to breed.
