Clarkii, tank raised vs wild caught?

Can someone tell me if the coloration/patterns are different between tank raised and wild caught clarkii? Are there any other noteable differences i.e. size, hardiness, temperment etc?
The fish store I was in this weekend had a pair of what I thought the guy said were wild caught Clarkii but they looked different than the pics I have seen. Looked alot like percs but yellow instead of orange. Whatever they were they looked really cool and were not for sale.

I have two tank raised Clarkii.
I believe wild caught are darker in colour.
Also, I think any tank raised fish is hardier than a wild caught one.

Always buy tank raised or bred fish instead of wild if possible.
