FIrst, you need something for them to clean up. second, imo and ime, the packages here aren't the way to go, get the inverts from here, but not all members of the packages are compatiable, and some have too much for a certian size tank or wrong items (imo, a brittle star, who gets legs over 6inches, should not be in a 20gl tank. I felt my 55gl was too small for mine, the 75gl was wider so he had some more room. Third, you need enough lr for the inverts.
Also, 30 snails in a new tank is a bit much, ime. They have to have something to eat..but then I rarely had algea anyway.
with that said, after you've cycled and done a water changed and tested your water again, you can order and add a package.
teh 20-55 package has:
carlet Hermit Crab:10
Blueleg Hermit Crab:10
Nasssarius Snail:10
Brittle Starfish:2
Coral Banded Shrimp:1
Emerald Crab:3
Turbo/Astrea Snail:20
You could also just pick what you want and get it. Two brittle stars in a 20-55gl is too many. But then I like brittle stars. Marine Inverts says 50gl min for spiny brittles and 100 min for green brittles (which I didn't know, I have one in a 75gl-I didn't order a green brittle, that's what swf sent me, I thought I was getting the same kind I got before, so this error isn't my fault). Book says 8in in diameter, but I'm not what that really means. The legs on mine were at least 6inches.
CBS are cool to watch, will eat other shrimp though, You many want a few other shrimp instead.
