Clean-up Crew for 29 gal

I'm thinking of getting the 20-55 Gallon Reef Package for my clean-up crew in my 29 gallon tank. Is this a good choice? I've heard some bad things about the starfish.
I have 50 lbs of LR and 60 lbs of LS. Its going to be a reef tank with a pair of percs and maybe a fire goby.

I heard that emerald crabs might kill fish so I didnt get those and I dont like coral banded shrimp but they are supposed to be mean. I would also go with all scarlts instead of the blues:happyfish
