holy crabby patties how much did a three hundred gallon tank cost?

I bought a 200 gal from a friend for $600 (glass). I built a canopy out of pine and rebuilt/refinished the stand to match and it is perfect (i have a wood shop). I think a new one retails for $2000. Anyway, I thought it was a good deal. The tank was only 4 months old with no scratches or anything.

The tank is two years old so I don't remember the exact cost... I paid around $1,500 for a 300 gallon acrylic tank.
Anyone else have suggestions for the clean up crew? Seems like the two suggestions I have gotten so far have been fairly different...

I would say all the suggestions are a little bit of over kill, I would say about 75 hermits (whatever type) and 50 snails. It seems that if you get some of what was suggested, you tank will be overrun. I would post a thread for Bang Guy and see what he says.
