Clean up crew for a new tank

Hi i have a 16 gallon hex tank with 2 inches of live sand and apprx 20 lbs of cured live rock. I have a hot mgnum 55 gallon canister filter on it and am planning on having 2-3 fish and some corals. The tank has been setup for 6 weeks and all of the chemicals test in the correct parameters. I am looking to put in a cleanup crew. This is what i am thinking of:
10 scarlet leg crabs
10 blue leg crabs
3 emerald crabs
10 nassirius snails
20 turbo/asrteal snails
2 queen conches
2 cleaner clams
1 coral banded shrimp
also possibly a starfish, but not sure if they are copatible with the corals i want to put in later. Any thoughts or suggestions? thanks

I'm pretty sure you can't have starfish in that size of tank.. and Probably too many critters.
I think your cleanup crew might be an over kill:
5 scarlet leg crabs
5 blue leg crabs
1-2 emerald crabs
10 nassirius snails
10 turbo/asrteal snails
0-1 queen conches
2 cleaner clams
1 coral banded shrimp (I've heard these are aggressive [C for Caution ])

The 'Nano Combo' from www.saltwaterfish.com is a nice assortment, but may be more than you need for this tank.
Think about 1/2 the hermits and only 1 cleaner clam and 1 conch (I kind of like the fighting conch for it's look). You can always make additions! A small brittle star is considered VERY desirable and a banded coral shrimp will consume any bristle worms that might sneak in and are considered to be reef safe. Good Luck!

What sort of fish would do good in this size of a tank?

A pair of clowns would be good, make sure to add them together for territory reasons. I have 1 clown and a royal gramma in my 14G and they look great together.

could i put in a pair of clowns a purple pseudochromis or frimandi and a six line wrasse?
