Clean-up crew = not

I have a problem with diatom, I think that's what it is. Anyway it's brown/red and is a little harry. I can't get a clean up crew because my fish will eat inverts. What are other options?

Scooter blennies do not eat algae. They feed on small crustaceans like the mandarins. They are quite hard to keep if you don't have many of these tiny crustaceans. Maybe you meant lawnmower blennie which is a true blennie (scooters are dragonets). However, lawnmower blennies (I noticed)prefer green algae, and not brown/red algae. IMO.

For those of you that don't know here is the info on the tank:
75gal
21lbs LR
cc
1 damsel
1 harlequin tusk (SP?)
skel coral
40w strip light
quiet one pump
ocean clear fliter with bio media
I have a niger trigger in there right now but he is going back tomorrow when I pick up the tusk. And I'll probably add a puffer and a humu trigger.

Knight I don't even know what that looks like or is. I just think that I need to increase the flow in my tank.
