clean up crew w/ eel?

i have a snowflake moray in a 38 along with a christmas wrasse. is there any inverts that would clean up access waste? would they eat snails or hermits?

I dont think the SF would but the wrasse might be a different story.

the eel wont, but he will eat shrimp for sure
