Clean up Crew?

i have a 65g tank and ive been cycling 4 and a half weeks. ph is 8.2 salinity is 1.022 ammonia is 0 nitrite is 5.0 and nitrate is 10. How much longer should the tank be clcling? i have a blue damsel domino damsel and a yellow-tail damsel. There is also reddish brownish stuff all over everything and its looking pretty bad. should i put some snails or what should i put in to help that? or should i leave it alone? If i put snails in it will they die cause of the water conditions?

Salinity is a bit low too imo. Many keep it 1.023-1.025.

almost there. raise salinity, do water changes, clean off diatoms... snails might die at those conditions. give it a couple mmore weeks then add the cleanup crew..
