clean up crew?

what is the best clean up crew to have in the tank with the puffer and the cow fish?

The puffer will or will try to eat any snail or crabs that you put in the tank.

yeh i know that much thats why im asking for ideas as to what to use for a clean up crew. is there somthing that i can use that they wont eat/
