Clean up crews

I currently have a 30 gallon tank. Running for about 8 weeks. I have 1 huma huma trigger and 2 damsels. Can anyone suggest a clean up crew, or any suggestion for keeping algea down.

Won't the trigger eat them

You can't really have any inverts, like shrimp, crabs or snails because the huma will eat them. And they do get big, they need at least a 55 gallon.
