cleaned tank and now it has slimy clear goop?

Does any one have an idea as to what has happend. I have 4 sea urchins two sea slugs a large dog fish, grouper, two triggers. All I did was the usual water change a few hours ago and came back in to find this slimy clear substance all over my tank. It feels like slime that doesn't just fall apart. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Oh I have a conch and a snail.:help: :help:

hmm...my cucumber did that a couple times, once when it was dying.
not sure if it's the slugs, or what.

Well I hope thats not the case, but thank you for your reply. Have you ever seen urchin eggs I was thinking it could be from them to .:notsure: Its always a knew adventure with these salt water tanks. Jen

yeah, could be urchins. although I haven't heard of that as much. may want to try to reef forum, they get a lot more traffic usually.
