Cleaner crew

Getting ready to get some cleaner crew going. My tank is almost cycled through.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to purchase them, and what I should add first. Also, Jeff's exoctic fish is having a great sale on Flame angel fish..19.95. I would like to have this in my reef. I know these are hit and miss, but should I get the fish first, or start with corals and such?. Yes I know I dont want to add everything at the same time. I figure I might have to wait for the fish, and get the cleaner crew going first..

dont get the flame they are not really reef safe for ur first fish get like chrimises then if they survive get the fish you want.and for a clean up crew u about the same as me look at my signature and under inverts that should be good for you.
