everything i have read on it says pretty much try at your own risk, Only thing I have been able to put in my tank with my puffers so far are the large hermit crabs.
My 3" puffer took one of my blue damsels out for lunch

I had success for some time with cleaner shrimp, and Triggers. This lasted maybe half a year, but the enevitable was bound to happen

Buy a cheap cleaner wrasse if your going to buy one. I had one in my tank that lasted about 3 days. I my tank though I don't know who got him. He seemed to be ok with my triggers but I think he tried to clean my stonefish.

Most cleaner wrasse do not live long in captivity no matter what type of community thet are placed.
Most people feel they should not be collected and left in the oceans because of this and that the fish in the ocean need them.
Psssssssss. I have one and have become very attached to it over the years and would not trust it to VERY aggressive fish. Some of my Cummunity fish get mad and chase it away because it is constantly cleaneing/pestering them. I think a more aggressive fish might would eventually catch it.

Along the lines dogstar mentioned, cleaner gobies would be a better way to go. I'm sure they'd last for sometime if your fish are small, but the Clown would adventually entertain himself.
