Cleaner shrimp disease?

there are black splotches on my cleaner shrimp and i don't know what it is. Anyone know what it could be?

Not that I really know what it is but one of the cleaners I just got has the black spec on its side as well ,never seen it before on the others I have gotton

i would say it is a parisite of some kind, wait for him to molt and seee if he getts rid of it.

Shrimp have many enimies lol. Alot of blood sucking parisites will atach to them.
