Cleaner Shrimp Problem

Just purchased a cleaner shrimp from a friend. The shrimp has a small lump on his right side just above the first row of legs. The lump is a bit lighter than the shrimps body. Anyone ever experienced this? should i worry? Will it go away after 1st molt? BTW the shrimp is feeding fine and is social (already climbing and cleaning hand) Any input would be much appreciated.

i bought a scarlet cleaner shrimp from swf and he has a lump on his side ive had him for about 2 months it hasnt changed when he molted but it doesnt seem to affect him but im not sure what it is either
