Cleaner Shrimp Question

Any idea why my new cleaner shrimp are hanging out towards the top of my 125 gal. tank on the glass? They have been there for 2 days

Do you have anything that would bother them? Normally they go where they want unless something is pushing them into a corner.

What would bother them? I have a Atl. Blue Tang, Powder Brown Tang, A Hippo Tang, Kole Tang, 2 Blue Damsels, a Mated pair of Clowns.... Snails, Crabs, Brittle Stars.... Live Sand Etc. I bought the cleaner shrimp to help with a ich issue that appears to gone for now/
