Cleaner Shrimp trouble?

My Cleaner Shrimps antenna's (all 6) have been shrinking/breaking off (not sure how it is happening, I just know they are shorter) this weekend. Is this something to be worried about? Is this a sign of bad health?
My nitrates have been high this week and I am doin a water change in the morning, Is this from the nitrates or just a coincidence??

What fish do you have? or other shrimp?

I have two clownfish, 1 chromis, 1 emerald crab, and 1 purple lobster,
the shrimp molted in the night and is back to normal.
What do you think is up?
