Cleaner shrimp v.s turbo snail

I am having some issues it seems with my cleaner shrimp eating my turbo snails. I'm not sure if the snails are dead already and then the shrimp is eating them, or if he is killing them. Has anyone else had this problem before?
I was not under the impression that my shrimp would give the snails a hard time.
Thanks

double check how you're acclimating them, and how many mex turbos in what size tank do you have?

I definatly agree that the cleaner shrimp probably found the snails already dead and then ate them.
I swear that I have seen one shrimp pull the snail out from the shell and sit there attempting to eat it...crazy.
Here is the thing on the acclimation. I'm sure that I did not acclimate them properly. I have only introduced snails once. I have a 55g and got 10 turbo snails from my LFS. This is a rather respectable store around town , so I trust most of their employees. When I got the snails, he said there was no need to drip acclimate them. Just float them for a while and then use the net to put them in the tank.
I drip acclimate EVERYTHING typically and in hindsight, probably done so with the snails. Another lesson learned I assume..

Am I right that I should drip acclimate them in the future?
