How long have you had the cleaner shrimps? When I bought mine, it took about 7-10 days before my yellow tang went to him. Another week or so until the other fishes went to him. And now I really do not see them going to him at all. I may be missing it as I am not watching them 24/7.
Hope this helps!

There is no way to make them but your fish will approach them when they need to be cleaned. I agree with Ebeckles Congrats on some healthy fish.

My Pacific Cleaner launches himself at my hand whenever I have it in the tank... I wonder what that says about my health? I only once saw my blood/fire shrimp clean, and that was because the Angel kept pestering it. The Pacifics (and I've had them a while) jump on the fish if they don't come over and try and clean their mouths and gills- only my foxface lets them in her mouth.
So.. depends somewhat on the fish, and it does take a while for the cleaners to get settled. You could try feeding yours by hand, and that might encourage him/her.

Mine doesn't do it either. Not that she doesn't try though LOL! She goes after the fish but they run from her. So the poor gal has to result to trying to clean the feather duster (who doesn't appreciate the free cleaning either LOL) or my hand whenever I clean the inside of the tank.
