cleaner shrimp

Does a cleaner shrimp clean fish of ich, i have a pacific blue tang, and a powder blue tang that both got ich. It seems like the ich is going away, i noticed the fish going up to the shrimp and the shrimp jumping on the fish. will he get rid of the ich on the fish :notsure:

The shrimp will clean fish but not get rid off ick.
However if you only have a few fish in a established tank large enough you can surrvive a minor bought with ick with out treatment. If you have too many ick breeders like tangs your ick cycle will never end. This will require to go hypo. See info in disease and treatment section and listen to Beth.
