I agree. This is way more than likely to end up poorly.
Shrimp is part of a hawk's diet. If the shrimp were in there first then it may not be a problem. Your tank is a good size though. Add it into an area that the hawk does not go regularly.

psh i kept an eel with a fireshrimp til one day eel feels to go expensive and stop eatting cheap frozen shrimp
