Skunk cleaners are reef safe but they are thieves meaning they will quickly take food from slow eating corals. IMO, I think they are happier though when they have some rocks to hid in. If you put one in a bare tank with just fish, I believe it will stress it out. Now this is just my guess based on my observation.

Yes they are e z to take care of. Just have to make sure you put them with compatible fish.

Can you tell us more about your tank?
What size tank?
What are your plans, reef or fish only?
How much live rock is in the tank?
What are your plans for other fish going in the tank?

As a general rule, Skunk Cleaner Shrimp are the way to go. With the fish you have listed, they should leave this shrimp alone. The shrimp does not need to be fed, it will eat the left over food that you feed the fish. They're easy to care for as well, as long as quick changes in salinity do not occur. If you purchase one, make sure you acclimate it properly. Do not be surprised if you see a "dead" shrimp the next day, under stress, they tend to molt, which usually happens when they are added to a new tank.
