cleaner shrimps

Only cleaner shrimp does cleaning the ick?
how about other shrimp like pepermint and camel?

I have heard of peppermint shrimp doing cleaning, but not often. Dont count on it.

never actually saw it happen with my camel, but i think it might have. my royal gramma would have 1 or 2 spots on him in the AM and by night he wouldnt have any. i also saw him hovering around the shrimp and the shrimp feeling him with his antennas. dont know if he cleaned him, maybe they were just friends.

ohh yeah i wanted to add, that if you are thinking about buying a shrimp and want one that cleans parasites, dont think about anything but the cleaner. from what ive read they clean way more than anything.

I agree. The cleaner shrimp is your best bet. There is also a cleaner wrasses but since it is a fish it limits your tank a lot more.
