cleaner wrasse acting strange

i got a cleaner wrasse about a week ago and it just stays by the power filter sucktion tube in the qt tank. it is eating brine shrimp and doesnt appear to have anything wrong with it but it just sits therewith his nose on the tube. is there anything wrong with it.

What do you have in the QT? Is there any other places for him to hide, or feel comfortable?

yes i have some plastic rocks in there for him to hid in. but he does not go in them

If he is eating and seems otherwise normal, I wouldn't worry. QTs can be boring, if you know what I mean.
Just keep an eye out to see if anything specfic develops.

ok thank you. I know what you mean , QT's are boring if all goes well I cant wait to get him in the display tank.

You think you're bored with the QT? Try being the little wrasse in there with a bunch of boring plastic rocks.

Oh well, its good for him. Just keep an eye out and maintain good quality conditions in the qt.
