Cleaner Wrasse Injury

I noticed that right behind the eye and in front of the fin on one side of my cleaner there is a sore. It looks like your knee would look after you skined it on a carpet. I think it may have been caused by a crab while the little guy was sleeping. Is there anything I can do to help it heel?

EFrank it will more than likely heal on it's own, However, if you think it is necessary, you can place the fish in a quarantine tank by himself and paint the wound with iodine( very small amount) and a small paintbrush. Keep him in there untill the wound heals completley, to avoid it becoming further injured. I hope this can help you.
