I wouldnt use bleach, it seems there is always a bit of residue left, even after rinsing...just plain water and a good plastic scrubber should clean it...Have a great day!
I you do use bleach, make sure to rinse, then fill, and add a good dose of declorinator. This will eliminate any residue. Vinegar also works real well and will disolve calcium buildup on equipment, tank 'rings' etc.
