Cleaning crew options

Hi all I was wondering what I could keep with these fish that would keep my sand white most of the time and eat alage off my glass and rock. I was thinking of a sand sifting star. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

( tank is 120 gallon )
Fish:
-lion fish
-koran angel
-yellow tang
- Marine Betta
-Maroon clown
-snowflake eel
-some type of wrasse
- porcupie puffer

Probably nothing. Between the wrasse and the puffer inverts will probably be lunch.
When I had an aggressive system I ran into the same problem. My solution - take a turkey baster and give the sand a hurricane once in a while. Detritus went up and filtered out and sand was white for a while.
